Quote and prices

Every service is preceded by a free quote. Prices include VAT. The minimum charge is €49.

“Satisfied or we come back” guarantee

Not happy? We come back for free. Still not happy? You get your money back.

1. Report a problem within 48 h, with a photo.
2. We come back for free to redo the area concerned.
3. Still unhappy after that second visit: the service is refunded.

Exclusions stated in the quote: old or set-in stains, existing damage, fragile materials.

Loyalty card

The card starts with one free box and gains one box per paid service. Card full (6 boxes): the next clean is free, worth the average of the services on the card, up to €100. Referrals: the person referred gets 1 box when their card is created; the referrer gets 1 box after the referred person’s first paid service. The card is valid 18 months after the last box. The online count is authoritative.

Cancellation

You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the price of the service remains due, whether or not we have travelled.

Payment

You pay on site, at the end of the service, by cash, bank transfer, card or Payconiq. No deposit is required.

Before the visit

Please tell us about any known fragility (old fabric, repair, original paint). Exclusions from the guarantee are stated in the quote: old or set-in stains, existing damage, fragile materials.
