How do I get a price?
Send 2 or 3 photos on WhatsApp: you get a price range within 24 h. You can also fill in the short form. For large jobs and businesses, we visit for free.
Is there a minimum?
Yes: the minimum charge is €49. The price calculator applies it automatically.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT.
What if I’m not satisfied?
Report the problem within 48 h with a photo: we come back for free to redo the area concerned. Still unhappy after that second visit: the service is refunded.
When do you work?
7 days a week, 8 am to 8 pm.

How does the loyalty card work?
One free box to start, then one box per paid service. At 6 boxes, your next clean is free.

A stain on the sofa: what to do right away?
Blot with a clean, absorbent cloth, without rubbing: rubbing spreads the stain and pushes it deeper into the fibres.
Should you test a product on fabric first?
Yes, always on a hidden area. Some materials react badly to water or stain removers.
How do you keep a sofa fresh for longer?
Vacuum it regularly, cushions included: dust that settles in dulls the fabric.
