Quote requests

The details you send through the form or WhatsApp (name, contact, municipality, photos) are only used to reply to you. They are never passed on to third parties or used for advertising.

Loyalty card

If you have a loyalty card, we only keep your first name, last name, phone and/or email, the name of the person who referred you if any, and the history of your boxes (dates and reasons). This data is only used to manage your card and rewards. Your card page only shows your first name and your boxes. It is hosted by Cloudflare, kept while your card is active, and deleted no later than 3 years after your last service.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by email to hello@bananacleaning.be.
